Heres a little game you can play about perceptions, give people a pencil and a piece of paper and ask them to draw a map of Canada or the US or even the world. Ask them to put in all the info they can. A few years ago one of the geographical groups did this and I believe Canadian geographic printed some of the canadian results. They were hilarious and insightfull especially since it was university students doing it. The results showed that as a rule people didnt know much about the country in which they live. Despite the facts that canadia is a world leader in mining and exploration Im sure if you had a simple questionaire about the industry most people would fail. WSP is one of the few companies left in the NWT exploring for diamonds and sooner or later that persisitence is going to pay off.(I hope) regards Walt
