David, unless I get off this addicting computer for a week or so and catch up on my reading, I don't have anything else to offer on psychedelic drugs. Certainly, though, it is a chicken and egg argument. You could also say that psychedelic drugs are a gift from God . . . They are certainly used by shamen all over the world in nature-oriented religions, and should be almost a rite of passage, in my opinion. Of course, the natural ones are much safer and more predictable than LSD.
