Webb---My understanding is that during the process of exporting V4 to V3, there is a box you check to tell it how much history to export. If one puts in say 3000 then one gets 12 years history in V3. But my question remains----once in V3, is it then all in one's C drive and no longer in the cdrom??? (if yes, then one could export it over to GET, since GET reads from a C drive path and one would presumably no longer need the cdrom to be in the drive?)-------the other thing to remember is that one doesn't want to export a different set of V3 formatted data over to GET each day or week, meaning that it will be necessary to set up 1 particular scan at the outset and then to' freeze it' (the symbols) so that only those symbols (updated of course) go over to GET at any time in the future. -------When you install V4, I would welcome you posting your experiences re GET for eg.. I have not yet ordered it but am seriously thinking about it.
