Vargas, I think Tracer is doing this reverse to have the access to capital to fund producing fields. In this way, they can raise the money for exploration, through cash flow. The focus is on acquiring a property now, and I believe then going after a much larger one to get cash flow. Remember, this is Mr. Jacobs forte, delineating fields. Then, they can have the cash available to do exploration, even acquire more blocks. This is the course they have taken. The first step being to acquire a block, something they have been unable to do in the past. The options virtually guarantee these blocks are theirs if they want them. Pete
