I personally rarely buy a stock which is freely manipulated by the MM, and on the pink sheets, they have a continuous party. IPMCF has done a reverse split in the past, and while that might have been under other management, it does not mean that this management will not do the same. If they manage to persuade someone that they can salvage the situation with a new round of financing, you can bet your bottom dollar that these new investors will not lose money on the deal. They may end up with 90% of the company, then "news release" will afford them the opportunity to get out, guess on whose back? Of course, if you are fast you can get in with those "new investors" and get out with them, you are fine. I do not know how to do that.
