Hello Everyone: I have been on an analyst/institutional tour of London England. I am in process of getting my update out to interested parties circa next week. As for Vulcan here is a upto date run down as to what is going on: Newfoundland Oil: Seismic Program (~6km on Flat Bay Project) is complete. Processing should take 3 weeks. This should define depth and location of target(s). Depending upon drill rig availability, drilling should be planned in early summer (ie July/98). I will keep you all posted. In January 1998, Vulcan acquired a 100% interest in three offshore petroleum licenses (1.2 million acres) along the west coast of Newfoundland. Compilation work on existing seismic data is ongoing towards joint venturing the offshore licenses. Diamonds-Alberta: Could be flying it soon, Vulcan is in negotiation to complete the Aero Magnetics. Financing: We have had a delay with the prospectus offering. (ie. Lawyers/sorry Patrick no offense). The Prospectus should be completed circa the end of May. Yorkton is still the agent, business is going on as planned. This play should be developing quickly with De Beers now adding legitamacy to Alberta Diamonds. I will go out on a limb and say drilling may occur in winter this year, depending upon targets and rig availability. Carbonear: Base Metels (Elephant size potential) Geochemical and Geophysical planned this year, maybe alot more. Look for some VERY interesting developments to occur here. Sorry I cannot be more specific currently.
