For all the sabre-rattling by OPEC, none amounts to a hill of beans as long as there's no storage space available for the glut floating around in tankers and with US inventories at the highest levels since March 1994. Message 4209710 OPEC is meeting again in June. Big deal! The oil spigots will shut down when all tankers are filled and not before. OPEC is powerless. Tulvio
