I'm sure that atct and IQI are merging because they think it will increase the value of the big holders on both sides. This hopefully translates into increased value for all. I think atct has quite a bit of value, otherwise you wouldn't see me here! Tax write off ... where did you get that one? No this merger is to increase size, customer base, and service types for both atct and IQI. It is more effective (and instantaneous) then them trying to build it themselves. It also allows IQI to go public on the cheap. I'm sure they are expecting a stock price much high in a few Qtr's. But this is still all conjecture ... no facts ... just quessing. I want some hard numbers!! -- Rich
