Recycle:

Glad someone got the Mag. I'll look for mine this week. I figured qsti had to give stock to get the PR; they do not exactly have the kind of money to pay cash for this. I had several people in the business check out Stock Broker Relations for me. All came back with very positive things to say, so we hope they're not scum bags that will pump the stock and then dump it for a quick buck while we all twist in the wind. If they spend some big bucks promoting the stock, at least they will have as much to lose/gain as the rest of us. Getting nervous that so much time has passed with so little news. But what choice do I have now. Looking for reasons to hang on to my sanity, when FOX used that stupid puck thing in hockey, they started mid-way through the season at the all-star break; but I think I'm looking for reasons that are not there. Encouraged by the use of Supervision for the away SOX game though. Let's hope that is a sign of things to come.

<Now the bad news, QSTI issued them 150,000 shares of common stock and 800,000 options at a share price of an average of $0.31. The disclaimer also states SBR can sell this stock at any time it so desires.>

That is bad news. I can't imagine how many shares are outstanding at this point. This company isn't going to work for free, I would imagine they'll dump these shares on the market when the stock pops (or if) with the contract news. May even exersise some of the options to sell also if they don't kill the price too badly with the 150K. That will kill off the stock for another season.

If I were a bettin' man I would say there is a reverse split on down the road that won't be a good thing for us current shareholders. They can't expect to ever get listed with a gazzillion shares in the market.
