A very successful investor in the stock markets was asked the secret of his success.

"I always sold too soon".

I personally follow this advice, and am learning to use impatience as a virtue, in not getting too greedy...Usually only hold stocks for a max. of 48 hrs. This way it is also easier to keep a more positive mental outlook...with the opportunity to start over from scratch each day. These days of low commissions and high volatility have changed the individual investor's landscape..It is no longer a game of buy & hold, unless one has nerves of steel.[or a very long term outlook].
