Hey, Mark, good post. I tend to agree with dwinvestor's philosophy, but I do think he is wrong on his point of where the strength is. I think those of us who got in early, at a low price, and are still here, are the ones least likely to sell, and are the bulwark. The cheap seats profit takers have already left. Those who got in at a higher price fall into two classes: momentum players, and investors in the company. The momentum players are shaking out also, and I think those are the ones dginvestor is talking about. Let me summarize:

cheap shares, profit takers ---> already gone
cheap shares, investors ---> holding long, last to sell
higher shares, profit takers ---> moving in and out
higher shares, investors ---> holding long, not shaken lost

Of course, all of this is relative, since as the price goes up the higher shares become cheaper in relation to the current price. But I do think that slow growth conmensurate with new revenue sources is best. Doesn't really matter what I think, though, it's just hard to shut down this rocket, as contracts come in the buying pressure will build up very fast, that is the nature of such stocks. Nobody is here to buy ATT, they want to buy the next ATT.

So, dginvestor, I still agree in general with what you are saying, but disagree with the class of investors that are causing swings and are being cannon fodder for the shorts and MMs.

Bottom line, though, is I don't give a rat's behind any more. Sailing season is almost here, I'm hopefully going to be adding to my racing trophy collection, and I may just bail out of here and catch the stock price at the end of sailing season, in September or so :-) Do you realize how many thousands we sailing nuts pour into a boat to get a $5 trophy at the end of the year? Well, there are also the bragging rights at the bar, that is really important.

But then again, I really enjoy the entertainment value here and may hang in just for that. Besides, I'm always wondering what Jane and Brooke are wearing :-)

Mark- I didn't say YOU would bail out. I am aware that many of us are long on dgiv. Don't take things so personal. But I also know that there are many here who will jump the freight train as soon as the whistle blows. Take it anyway you want, but I am on the same side as you are. I admire your stance. I think the only difference is in how we perceive the market machinations. You question my perceptions. Friday beared out my perceptions to the tee. Share price was brought down. A number of people bailed out. I think that's good for us. Maybe you don't. But we are on the same side nonetheless. Keep up the good job in dd on dgiv. We all need all of the information we can get. THANKS!
