Larry, Mr. M's post regarding consolidation may be a way out for IPM to obtain future financing. It's a common practice among Canadian penny mining stocks when dilution is a problem. It may be easier to accomplish this now that IPM is answerable only to the OSC. It would be much easier to attract a backer when he knows he can control the float. Just a thought.
