ZIAD: We will sink or swim with Mgmt... So, I'll be going along with them... They have much to lose if they make bad choices... Not only will their personal investments in Tracer suffer, but they may not have a company to work for... So, I think that self preservation will work in our favor... Jim

Ziad, I will probably also vote for him....although I do hope he gets the message that the shareholders are unhappy with his performance, especially with his investment in the company. You would think he would have a lot of contacts within the industry, that would help us. Maybe he has done a lot behind the scenes we don't know about, I would sure hope so, but his stake in the company does not prove this out. Show us your money Mr Viggers, we have all shown you ours!!!
