A little help on one point, if you don't mind. Still learning this game, and I'm not clear on what you mean by "blue sky." Would appreciate a little elaboration on that point.

Macker- I agree wholeheartedly with what you state. My concern is primarily for those, let's say, novice investors, who really don't have a good grasp of the entire situation and blow with the wind. These are the people who scare me and are the ones who have gotten in at a very good price and who we need to blood-let out for the newer and healthier and smarter investors.
