Frankly, I dont think the warrants will have years to run. I think they will all be called in the next 6 months as IFLY gets their online service into full swing. I see IFLY at 15-20 in the fairly near future and that means the warrants will be about $6.25 behind that. If this happens I believe the company will call the warrants and use the $ to bolster their online endeavor.
From what I can see, IFLY is very well positioned and they are already making money- a rarity in the current internet field. We all saw what happened when they just announced their intention to roll out onto the web. There should be a larger and more sustained pop when these plans come to fruition. Not too much longer now....

>>I suspect profit-taking; it's pretty early for any time value considerations. the stock has only been out a few months and the warrants have years to run.<<

I was talking about time value considerations as the stock rises, not at the present moment. Its common knowledge that as a stock goes higher, the warrants tend to trade at their actual value and lose time premium.

However, it is not correct to say the warrants have years to run. Strong probability they will be called as soon as the stock trades over 10 for 7 of 10 consecutive days.
