One leading Japanese news paper characterized the new stimulus plan as a 'stopgap measure' and goes on to say that it is hardly a cure for the fundamental problems of the economy.

Now according to a news report today the experts seem to concur with this assessment and says the plan is a 'long term gamble'.Here is the link.

I have not heard more about the big bang, recently, it was not supposed to go into action for at least six months and even then only gradually. I think it will come however.
