Their main competition in the upscale market that they deal in (25K / bike and up) is mainly the small custom bike makers - those that produce less than 50 or 100 bikes per year (Titan does about 100 per month). There are production shops that produce lower priced bikes (bikes priced competitively with H-D) but these don't have all top of the line parts like the Titans.
