lml, sorry, my back of the envelop backfired on me. I meant to say they'll need to sell 20 MM EL drivers per quarter (they get $.95 per driver in 1000 quantities but you must assume lower prices in very large quantities). This is indeed too much and they must find other "power management" applications to sell into. My point is the same, however, while I do not have a good model as to "where" these sales are going to be made, they have the production capacity to reach $80 MM per year (they were pretty close to that prior to the IOM debacle). If we get visibility of such future sales, the market in anticipation will, hopefully, put on these future sales a PSR of 3 to get to the price target I have.

It could be a good idea to see what initial design wins they have gotten in the last few months to get a better idea if any ramp up in production can be expected.

Sorry about the confusion I have created. Here I go hyping this stock again (VBG).

Zeev

The numbers I gave is for the current market. The growth is at least 20% up to maybe 40% per year. These are only two of the product areas IMP is pursuing.

I agree with Zeev's timeframe. I believe they can eventually do as well as Micrel, Sipex, Telcom, and Maxim in some areas. They simply have to stay on track and execute.

So far so good.
