Please, I would like to have an idea when they will file with the SEC.
If you can, what % of a contract does GNNX estimate goes to the bottom line? Is Gnnx filing to be on the NASDAQ and when???

Please ask them why their end of the year statement showed 10,990,000 shares outstanding and now it appears there are 21M? That's a significant change in a short period of time?
