Michael, AVNT looks to have an intraday top in mind for Tue. Mon. looks pretty strong. Of course overall market weakness may prevail if Mon is a bad market. The correction I get in the market is just in the early stages so I expect we'll still get some up days this week. The signal I'm using took 2 weeks to work itself out in 7/96 and 8 weeks to find the bottom on 10/27/97. The "doldrums" in March '97 also took several weeks to wash out after the signal. For the S&P, the highest bottom I get is 1045 with 980 as the worst case. The most likely is 1010 to 1025. Doug R
