David, Meyerson is back as an MM and they have exercised all their warrants. This last batch of selling appears to have been the final 300K shares that were shared equally by two Meyerson execs ( you see Meyerson is a company NOT an individual GGGG) Heller and Nagelberg. Martin

David You gotta chill man.Don't let these butt sores and manure eaters cloud your judjement.You have several people who have been there and its for real.its a real ITSP and a real WCOM colocation agreement and 100,000 nodes and the whole 9 yards.Whats happening is the final crap is about to come out.Many options are set to expire from some placements.Remember FTEL issued those and benifits in many ways.Sure we have some dilutive effect,but if it was a real concern FTEL can and has the money to buy back almost all the options at a better then executed price.Give or take a few cents.Now when the options convert and stock sold FTEL pockets a lot of money.We are going to have a tremendous amount in the bank at the end of the 2nd qtr.Probably 2 to 2.50 per share book maybe 3 Its hard to tell what they will spend for the New installations.But it should be positive enough to make a big difference in our financial progress.If FNET ipo's in late may or june we will see close to a 8 dollar book on FTEL Thats no shit.Thats money in the bank and on the books.Anybody besides the numnuts disagree.Thats from sales to fnet David and other customers.Its also a close ~~~~ of what FTELS FNET shares will be worth to the company.
