The change to an Int'l accounting firm from a regional firm happens all of the time. (I'm a former Big 6 partner). Especially with the international sales component with the accompanying tax issues are beyond the range of expertise of most regional firms. The nature of the split between the company and the former accounting firm must be disclosed (which it was) and any disputes must also be disclosed (there were none). Mr. Pink uses the phase that Weiss fired CCSI. Changing the terms that were stated in the press release is something I would expect from the Clinton White House but not from such a reliable source as ....... oh, never mind.
