To AH THE SPECULATOR, here's part 2. 1) <<The problem with you and your postings is that you are not discussing anything. You just try to belittle the company>> ANSWER: NO I am not trying to belittle the company, just stating the facts. If you think that I am not discussing anything it is because you do not have the guts to discuss my opinions with me, you would rather try to accuse me of I don't know what and quote me out of context. 2) <<What do you know about current GPW performance? The last financial statement covers the year which ended in Sept. 97.>> ANSWER: I know everything there is to know, nothing more. 3) <<You keep implying that you know more about GPW than we do. See your 'behind the scene' song.>> ANSWER: NO I am not implying that I know more than you do. The difference between you and I is that I welcome people that challenge my opinions and will take the time to try to articulate my point of view. I have already addressed that behind the scene misunderstanding in previous posts. 4) <<State the purpose of your participation in the thread and your source of 'behind the scene' information>> ANSWER: The purpose of my participation is to take part in a constructive debate about investments. 5)<<I used to work for a small, private computer company with 20-30 employees (which was the GPW size ~one year ago). The owners did not want the company to grow because they would have to delegate the decision making to employees. They would not be able to manage effectively everything and everybody in the company.>> ANSWER: What you are describing is a case of mismanagement or a classic case of entrepreneurs not being able to migrate from the entrepreneurial stage to the organization stage. Most of these companies end-up not succeeding in the long run. Group West MAY just be that type of company. What makes somebody decide to grow after 22 years of stagnation? 6)<< The management has been very aggressive in their pursuit of opportunities to grow through acquisitions. See the NRs.>> ANSWER: Pursuing acquisitions may be the right strategy but will the management of GPW be able to identify and buy the right companies at the right price and then integrate them to their existing business successfully? 7) <<See, for a guy who knows so much about junior plays, you don't seem to remember the very BASIC FACT, namely, the VSE is for SPECULATION, not for long term investments. GPW needs to move to a senior stock exchange to have a chance to become a mature public company. Until then, GPW is a SPECULATION. Get it?>> ANSWER: YES the VSE is generally more speculative than other exchanges, however being listed on the VSE does not make a company speculative automatically just like being listed on the TSE does not make it an investment automatically. I AM GLAD TO READ THAT YOU THINK GPW IS A SPECULATION. THAT WILL START A GOOD DEBATE AS I HAVE READ POSTS FROM PEOPLE THAT THINK IT IS AN INVESTMENT. What do you mean when you say that GPW needs to move to a more senior exchange to become a mature company? Are you suggesting that clients won't buy their products if they are listed on the VSE? 7)<<Yes, I can be right because I know what I am playing. A junior company. How can you be right or wrong when you don't understand the nature of the GPW play? You seem to be confused. If you want to invest go somewhere else. VSE is for speculators. Certainly, not for kids.>> ANSWER: No I am not confused. YES I have my opinion on the GPW play. Read my posts. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THE GPW PLAY? 8) <<PS. Be a man. Buy or sell.>> ANSWER: Thanks for the invitation to participate but I tend to make my investment decision on my own BASED ON RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS OF THE FUNDAMENTALS AND MARKET SENTIMENT.
