One of the things I like about the stock market is the clear cool technical analysis of price graphs. The predictive power is amazing at times. The problem comes when indicators are not clear.

The people who know best of this well's potential are the geologists, etc. working on the Strachan well. We all on Silicon are looking through a peephole.

I'm not going to give an iron clad statement. From a technical analysis viewpoint strong indications are that Dalton should go to the moon. My only explanation is that technical analysis is based on movement in stock price and volume which in turn is based on the group pysche of the market.

The two factors in the technical analysis of the Dalton graph that I am using are accumulation/distribution ratio and price--volume. The indicators are clear in this situation.

Black Friday, when the announcement came that the Leduc had been missed, was predicted by technical analysis to lead to a rebound in the stock price in following days. Even though the drop in stock price was steep on Friday, technical analysis ignored that movement because "it" knew the drop was ephemeral.

I think Silicon Investor is great fun. I'm learning a lot. The intensity and passion of the participants is a wonder to behold. But the back and forth can become confusing at times.

I am clinging to technical analysis because through all of this it has been saying one thing, Dalton is going up big time.

This is one person's opinion. Make your own evaluation.
