Mel,
Interesting article.

Freddie,
I agree with you wholeheartedly.
We're told of the additional shares out there (when asked),
BUT we are not told about all the wonderful acquisitions over the past four-five months.

I think Ira had the TIC-TIC-TIC-BOOM thing ready to go.
1) TIC Financials
2) TIC Acquisition announcements
3) TIC Atrix merger announcement
4) BOOM Firamada stock hits $2+

However, the 3rd TIC (Atrix deal) has come unraveled.

So hopefully we will see the first couple TICs this week and then a mini-BOOM.

As an OTC stock, Ira can rely on the retail investors, many of whom are becoming impatient to hold up the value of the stock. If we become disheartened (and many of us are) then he can't fall back on institutional investors and bigger players until the first couple TICs happen.

I hope everyone sent Ira an e-mail thanking him for his accomplishment s thus far, but also demanded some financials in offical form.

Go for it. As in the rest of life's concerns, it's always best to err on the side of caution. But then again, we're BB stock investors so I guess it's a little late for that "caution" verbiage!!

You're out of line, asking the SEC to investigate! In fact, down right in another universe (I am putting this in words that will keep me from being kicked off SI, if you get my drift)!!!!! There are no reporting requirements, this is totally on the investors shoulders if they want to further their future on this speculative board. SEC, give me a break, this one at least has a business that is in a hot sector. I think if you want to have the SEC investigate you better have better than a "jaywalking ticket" to take to them (financial reporting on a non-reporting company!)!

Give this one a chance, seems Ira is doing o.k. for all involved, if your are long term. If not, then your risk is my comedy!
