Good post - good point. Playing in the BB casino has a high level of risk / reward. Buying some mutual fund or putting a monthly dollar amount into a DRIP is investing. The OTC BB is about the same as a carnival midway. We know the games are crooked, but we buy the tickets anyway. Go figure!

We may have a winner in FAMH. I don't know. I have seen this scenario many times before and some even work out. The crazy thing is when one of these ponies wins, us bettors carry the cash home in baskets. I love it!!!

Lighten up folks. This is fun.

Cheryl....I can't recall using 'demand' in my post. I can't believe you're not at all concerned about what is developing with Famh. 25-30 million shares issued in 4 months. If they were issued for acquisitions , what's the big secret. Wouldn't you like to know what we bought with these shares that are diluting our investment. I have a gut feeling that some of these shares are free trading. If we can't verify this, then Ira's word is gospel that they are restricted.

I definitely know the rules and players in this game. It's an unfair playing field in the BB arena, but, the risks and inherit rewards is what draws most of us here. Let's face it. We're gamblers. Invest in a young growing company and hope for the big hit.

I never said I was uncomfortable with my investment. Why wouldn't you want to check the company out ? Is there something to hide? If there is,wouldn't you like to know. I have too much invested here not to be concerned. I've come this far with this company, I'm definitely not bailing yet. I just want to know what credit card we maxed out for these acquisitions.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS ARTICLE ABOUT TEMP STAFFING AND MICROSOFT
and other companies. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area about 40 minutes N. of the Silicon Valley. There was an article in my local paper today about temp. staffing industry.

The title of the article is "Microsoft leads way in using 'temps' "
It says how temp employees are embraced by many corporations, especially high tech ones, including Microsoft, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft's Seattle neighbor, Boeing.
It states that of Microsofts employees about 5,000 are temps, including 1,500 long-term ones meaning they have worked for the company for at least one year. These 5,000 temps work next to the companies 17,000 domestic employees. The article says that some temps have been with Microsoft for more than 5 years.

Here's the reason more and more companies are using Temps and WILL continue. COST SAVINGS! Please read below.

A TEMP technical editor might earn $30 an hour at Microsoft. This means the worker will cost about $70,000 a year, $60,000 in basic wages and $10,000 in benefits, including Social Security and unemployment taxes and bare-bones health, 401k and vacation benefits.

In comparison, a PERMANENT editor might have a $57,000 salary, but could cost Microsoft $94,000 a year - $17,000 for a richer benefits package, including vacation, holidays, and generous 401k contributions plus discount stock purchase plan and stock options that might be worth $20,000 or more!

By using Temps, Micorsoft will save $24 MILLION for every 1,000 temps it uses.

Let's face it everyone what company doesn't want to save money and be as competitive as possible when it comes to the bottom line.

I don't know about everyone else but this article is a VERY encourageing one for the temp industry.

Trump (just sent Ivana out for a six pack)

Ira, I think your next office should be in Seattle.

Cheryl,Ira tells me that he and Arif don't own 3/4 of the company--that 3/4 of the company is owned by insiders, which also means the former owners of companies that were acquired.
