I remember chatting with Ira Monas on the phone and him telling me that 22.8 Million shares was the number of shares outstanding in early Jan 1998.

Well MS, then that troubles me ... I assumed we had a 21 or 22m average for 1997, meaning 15-17M at the beginning of the year and 25-28M range in Dec 1997. If he told you 22.8M in early Jan 1998, then that is 25+M shares added in 3 months. More than double. Not only do we need shares O/S clarified and WHY, we need to know when they exactly become free trading. The float could become bloated in 9-12 months if there are 1 year restrictions on those newly formed shares.

Once again, the reason I was hoping for a reverse merger...
