Any estimates on the new EPS for the year end?

Using the old figure of 12 million shares, I get:

First Quarter: .07
Second Quarter: .04
Third Quarter: .04 (estimate)
Fourth Quarter: .04 (estimate)

for a total of .19.

For 18 million shares (12 mill original + 3 mill new + 3 mill warrants), I get a dilution to 12.7 cents per share. Using a conservative P/E of 15, I get 15*12.7 = $1.90 for a reasonable share target price.

Are my calculations reasonable or am I missing a piece of info? Am I overestimating the earnings for the last six months?

Also, does anyone know where the warrants are trading?

Cheers!
