Ron, I think MSFT's lawyers can whup Novell's lawyers, so NOVL had better hope that the DOJ takes up the cause. I know MSFT's lawyers stomped on Apple's lawyers, and that was a straight steal of the system that Apple stole fair and square from Zerex. -g- The problem with this type of thing is that there are no good guys and as long as the villains are dinky, who cares. But now that MSFT is a goliath, they scare everyone.

What I hate most about the co. is not their success or their pe ratio or anything of that sort. I hate the fact that I think they are agents of the status quo and really slowing important developments by forcing them all to pass through a creaky, sticky, door in a Seattle suburb. MB
