Good idea. Maybe some of our Canadian posters can call their local brokers and try and find out if anything is known about his company. I can see you share a distrust of the information presented to date. I have to admit I am highly skeptical of company information just from the company. Because this company has made no filings that I can find with any agency here or in Canada, I am concerned about the possibility of fraud.
