This is an indirect answer.
DELL is a growth company.
In the current manical market, investors will pay any price for growth, and DELL's stock is proof of that.
At some point DELL's growth will be questioned and regardless of the fundamental stuff surrounding the situation,
DELL will be treated as any other growth stock where confidence in that growth wavers.
It generaly is not a pretty sight, but that is ok, as very few ever see it comming.
