Rumor has it that Kemess may have gone on line this past weekend. Has
anyone talked to Graham Eacott today to get confirmation? Is an
announcement being withheld until some initial results can be
announced or will it be tied to a financing or other type of announcement?
I suspect that we're approaching closure on Kemess being operational.
We'll also start to get some leaks and PR on initial results. With the
opening, RYO gets their CU concentrate payment and they are also due
to get their insurance settlement and equipment lease buyback money
all of which add up to approx. $20 million. Not much, but every $ helps
given RYO's finances. I also read that Trilon gave RYO money secured
by RYO equipment to get Kemess operational while awaiting Sr. secured
debtholder approval of the new loan.

The light has appeared at the end of the tunnel. IMHO it isn't a train.
We won't know for sure for quite some time but at least its a sign
of progress.

Good luck to RYO shareholders!!!
