Mark - I know the answer to that one. Logan told me the newly issued shares have no restrictions. They could be traded now, they are in the float already. I million more shares in the float, even if they were all put out there, would not make a difference, in fact sometimes TOO tight a float can be hard on a stock too. So the float is now 3.3 as I believe you put in your summary.

It is also my understanding that the form of these contracts is very labor unintensive, so the company does not have to expand exponentially in order to perform on the contract. Yay, the wonders of the digital world.

My notes have "a goodly portion of the 19 mill are closely held", so that could be clarified.

Am not taking anything away from Beeble asking the very same questions again (in fact I encourage it)...I just happened to have already asked and so had some answers..and you know me...I jump right in <<GG>>
