I'll be fowarding my findings of these naysayers to the company for them to do what they will with it. However, I'll be sure and state my opinion as a shareholder that I don't want much time wasted on the pursuit of justice on these shady characeters...

I'm quaking Jim B.

Is this a threat? Is this intended to intimidate? To stifle responsible discussion? What pursuit of justice do you have in mind?

My, you raise so many more questions than you answer about your own motives.

Mr. Jim B, sir. I know we've had our differences, but for just this one post&#151and hopefully more&#151we should play nice. Although Brady and Laz did give you hearty thanks for your thorough and detailed DD on FBNAssociates, I'm not sure they're being serious. Here's why:

1. It's already been plainly expressed twice, in the open, that FBN was an April Fool's joke.

2. Although you apparently don't believe #1, ask yourself a few questions:

a. Why doesn't a ticker exist for FBNAssociates?
b. Why was there no closing price on Friday for FBNAssociates?
c. Why was there no opening price on Friday for FBNAssociates?
d. Why was the posting volume on the FBN thread so high (over 500 posts) on April 1st&#151and yet it suddenly dropped off to barely 200 posts for the entire rest of the month?

Checking to see if a company is real and is actually traded&#151has a price, has a volume&#151will take you a long way in your future excellent DD endeavors.

Cheers,
-MrB
