[ Brief Update ] Depending on the smoothing factor that I apply to my momentum indicator, if I just adjust it slightly downward from my standard settings, I see that Friday's close does represent a peak in the near term momentum for the market. I've noticed that my MACD does tend to lead my momentum by quite a bit; it may be that differing results are narrowing in the near term for the market. Take caution moving into next week's market.
