OT well just keep this in mind You have 100 shares of yahoo you get 50 shares of X company for 100 shares of yahoo but from now on...those 50 shares are influenced by more than just yahoo... thus negates the idea of the competition... you could substitute another search engine .....with the Friday's share price or you could take the cash value of the stock as of merger and give it a rate of 10% a year no matter what the terms of the acquisition/merger are..... Dont ask me for solutions, babe...my function is finding the holes.... btw, havent had good baklava since i was in Greece/Turkey (they both claim it as their own speciality) of course I dont live in a major city either
