i'm seeing the same formation that SEEK had before it exploded...

however, we now have a new case of jitters among some players...
in these cases, it is wise to watch your positions closely, even if you believe nothing will come of the recent interest rate concerns....

i have been watching this market for a few years now and have noticed that the market always reacts this way and then recovers... we are in a bull market so this is reasonable...

however, there will come a day when this type of event will spell a serious correction... this time is not it... there is still too much positive feel for the market.... remember this though, if this interest rate hike does temporarily correct the market, the next time won't be as easy to get through...

we need to remember that the real big players are allowed to take on abnormal risks if market conditions allow, however, the second the risk reward ratio becomes disproportional, the fund managers' bosses will order them to reallocate... and this is where the correction starts...

what to do? monitor the approach of each fed meeting after this one... try to be 100% cash about 2 weeks before the meeting and just cruise until the news is out.... if you want to play then the only choice is to day trade.... remember that the fools on wall street start acting weird when future information is uncertain.....

for now though, i think we just sit tight and chill... this is nothing to panic about.

Also regarding the chart for NSCP, 20 day moving average line cross 50 day moving average line on April 24. This is usually a bullish signal -- the point to get in. we may need 20 day MA line go up further from 50 day MA line to confirm the trend. I hope this will happen. BUT I don't think NSCP's management can deliver what they promise.
