To all posters on this thread, Objectivity and honesty are two conditions the shareholders want. Let us proceed with their requests and desires. 1) Is it illegal for a company to do a reg.s with an offshore firm owned by a U.S. citizen? What facts can be posted to this question? 2) Is it illegal for reg.s shares to be sent to a U.S. citizen, AND have those shares remain in the U.S.? What facts can be posted to this question? TIA for your posts. Please no opinions, just documented facts or articles.
