<<Then, sir, what was the basis for investing, seeing as how the Company had nothing to show for it BUT a concept, and, of course, Bill R.? And what, if anything, has occurred to cause you to lose this confidence? I haven't.>>

Too bad for you. WinStar does not deserve the confidence of any intelligent person. Have you ever heard of overvaluation? VectorVest's analysis says that WinStar is worth no more than $3.80 per share.

Five years ago, WinStar may have been a buy at 6 when wireless broadband was a fad and it was nothing more than a concept stock, but it is NOT a buy now at $40. WinStar's wireless offerings are no longer the "in" concept and WinStar is going to be judged on the same thing that ordinary companies are, which means actual earnings potential.

What about overvaluation, negative book value, and increasing losses can't you understand?

Bob,
As I said in my post, I continue to hold my position, but I do have
some concerns as I would think everyone should. When someone says
the stock is worth 60, 80, or 100$ per share then I ask why is it
not there. When someone says Kantor said "60 in 60" then I say this
is nothing but hype. When it is said that WCII has the best manage-
ment team ever assembled then I get a little nervous. I like it when someone presents a bear case. We should all want to hear both
sides. When someone says the empeor has no clothes then I say lets
take a peak. I hold what I think most would consider a rather large
positions in many stocks, I want to hear both sides as I would think
You would also. Lets not chase off the bears, lets convert them, or
let them convert us! Winstar has come a long way but they also have
a long way to go and there are many land mines out there. I guess
I have said enough as I have no great news to report or any great
expertise in this field.
Good Luck to All: David Stark
