They would have to state what the company is all about..where their capital is invested....what their projected sales are...financials, i.e., net income....info that would let would be investors base a realistic earnings per share number, etc. The process to list on the NASDAQ takes any where from 60 to 90 days if it is smooth. As long as the company is only a BB it doesn't have to let anyone know who has the checkbook and why they are giving shares to whomever.
