What I do know is that I continue to be amazed by BG & co. MSFT has its fingers in virtually every
front of the information business. To view the company as a mere (albeit very large) software
company is to underestimate its potential. In my mind, MSFT will wind up being the Berkshire
Hathaway of the information business. Unlike WB, however, BG is not adverse to stock splits --
thank God ;)


What some people don't seem to understand is the difference between a growth company and a growth stock. Saying a company is overvalued is not necessarily a reflection on the quality of their management or their growth prospects. Instead it could be a reflection on the stupidity/ignorance (sorry not intending to be rude about anyone on this thread) of the investors in that company.
