I'm looking forward to the results from Deeds statement:

"The launch of the WaveTop service on April 6, 1998 marks one of the most significant events in the history of WavePhore. For the first time, home PC users in the United States are able to tap television airwaves to capture some of the most compelling content found on the World Wide Web", stated David E. Deeds, Chairman, President and CEO of WavePhore. "This event, along with our excellent 1998 first quarter revenue results really jump starts 1998 with outstanding momentum. We look for continued progress and growth throughout 1998", stated Mr. Deeds.

That from the Apr 21 report where WAVO reported a 46% revenue increase from their last quarter.

BTW whether or not Windows 98 is released on time or not, there are plenty of WAVO ready PCs selling now.

see wavetop.net

TV tuners are also available for the already large number of Windows 95 users out there now who might not get Windows 98 when it does come out.

WAVO does not depend on '98 although it will provide a boost to wavetop.
