I belive that the VSGN acquisition was very good for BORL, both in terms of core technology, and brain trust. The problem was the timing. However, I doubt that they could have put off the acquisition. Keep perspective on the VSGN deal. They bought both product and talent. The VSGN engineers and sales team have good incentive to stick around with so much upside potential in BORL. So, that being said, I hope that they will hold off on any other expensive (or dilutive) acquisitions until they can absorb them without killing earnings.
