I wouldnt count on your assumptions with MDIX.

I am sure ADRX is a fine company and no critism was intended in my comments re the software dispute with
MDIX. My point was that perhaps ADRX, which said they
purchased their software from another source, bought the product without knowing that MDIX had already had purchased exclusive rights.

ADRX' dispute may be with whomever they purchased the
software from or the ARDX employee responsible for their
'in house' software development.
