John, The deal shows me that Soloman Smith Barney is squarely behind PLC's efforts. We may also get some analyst's upgrades out of this. A good relationship with a big investment banker always pays dividends. IMHO 10 mill. is a small deal and will not hurt dilution much. Lastly it makes a statement to the shorts that they have institutional support. Dave

ToAll: Very positive post from Yahoo Board>>>>>>> To all the Longs, Im still listening to the conference call, interestingly enough, during the Q&A, all the people asking questions are investment companies...so there's obviously a lot of interest. Genuine interest. These people will jump in a little later i.e. Wed, Thurs, Fri in my opinion. Also, the company is developing other markets with these laser . As for the competition, this is a tightly controlled market and the second comers have a much tougher time in front of the FDA. PLC has about 2 yr lead time on others. Wish I had more money to buy more shares at this time. There is about 70 - 90K patients who will be the market for this procedure. Multiply that by $3,500 per procedure and I make it as 245mil/ yr. These machines are sold on 10yr contracts so you have a 2.45bil income stream that is only beginning to grow. Maybe I should stop posting these messages. I don't want too many people on this boat.
