r, We'll do a BEER anyway. Here's the plan, maybe. We'll each get our favorite brand, and 'meet' on the SI thread, at some predetermined time that all can attend, pop the top, and toast everyone in attendance. Anyone can join! Anyone else? On other matters, I am watching CPQ very closely now, since I feel that there may be a 'breakout' soon as CPQ continues down the merger path. As for the JIT, I agree that moving down much from here will be difficult. I think that the visual improvement for DELL will be in the area of overseas manufacture. I think that is very promising. Did you see the post regarding the 'Tulip' computer in the Netherlands. I found that very interesting. Regards, Ken
