ron,

my condolences regarding your friend. hope this week goes well for you. we appreciate the effort you put into following our diamond in the rough.

y2k companies (service guys like kea, imrs, cbr etc) got beat up last week pretty good. seec trying to hang onto 12 on a nasty day. volume has dried up pretty much so i would think that most sellers are gone. if general market carnage continues we may get some more due to margin calls. logic being that seec has been in a downtrend for months. personally i added more today at 12 1/8. plan on getting last third before earnigs.

i believe they will be a slight upside surprise even with the extra 20% shares outstanding. i am very much looking forward to see the effect of the price increases. that has the potential to give us a nice surprise, but im not counting on it. seec is very reasonably priced/underpriced assuming the groth continues.
