Anyone found any details of the discount notes? Even the 8-K filing said next to nothing. All I find is $275 mil proceeds with cash interest payments starting in 2003 and maturing in 2008. Anyone know the interest rate, face amount, any warrants, any other terms?

We should definitely see how strong the hands in AMZN stock are today. FWIW - Acompura is not all that bearish - he sees a small pullback for a few weeks then CHARGE to 10000!

I imagine put premiums are skyrocketing today.
