I remember one radio show host telling a caller just recently that he still owned shares in STII.....

Subject 9897

HP is doing loads of research in wireless networking as are many other good companies like IBM, Moto, etc.... I do research on the wireless IR (infrared) side for HP (mostly point and shoot or very local, under 5meters, networking). I think Bob was referring to this when he said something about "part of larger companies...".

Jerry screwed us all with his diatribe of Bob's call on UTEK. Bob refused
to give any names of companies involved in this area because of calls from the Jerrys of
the world giving him grief for his timing. Thanks a lot Jerry.

If Bob is that sensitive to call's like Jerry then he shouldn't keep patting himself on the back for the jan 12th call of his to buy, there are always two sides to everything. If you love the praise, accept the downside too. The caller was wrong but what was worse is that it has caused Bob to alter his style, that's ridiculous. All Bob had to do was tell Jerry that we are still in the early innings of the ball game and we will see what happens. End of story.

I want to commend the caller on Sunday who graciously urged Bob to reconsider commenting on individual stocks. I think Jerry and persons like him simply do not take responsibility for their individual actions. I am an investor in UTEK. But I did not invest because Bob told me to. I noted Bob's comments and then investigated the play myself. I made my own analysis and decision to purchase. If it was a poor investment, it was MY decision. To Jerry I say, take it like a grown up. Get some cajones, hombre.

Regards,
David
