Hmmmm, we need some clarification on this. DAY had the right to bulldoze the properties?????? I believe churumata is big, but this statement says that MDIN does not own any of it? Hmmmmmm A shorter in sheep's clothing???????? Funny they dont say a word about the Santiago properties, or any of the other properties outside the churumata. As to being litigious, first, when dealing with big boys, you have to stand up to them, and only even footing is in a court of law. Second, whats wrong with being litigious???:-) Should be a very very interesting next few weeks. GG
